He is also deeply involved in managing escalations, ensuring compliance, and delivering training to staff and distribution partners on both operational processes and digital tools.
Prior to this, Mr. Dungaria has served in key roles across UTI AMC's Investor Relations, Complaint Management, Marketing, and Administration teams in cities like Rajkot, Panaji, and Mumbai. He was instrumental in handling SEBI and government authority complaints, managing walk-in investor services, processing insurance-linked claims, and organizing distributor training and investor education programs.
He began his career in May 1991 as an Assistant in the erstwhile Unit Trust of India, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments including Sales, Accounts, Claims, and Dividend Operations. His early years laid a strong foundation in core mutual fund processes like unit reconciliation, dividend issuance, investor servicing, and mobile collection operations.
